A platform built by watching a mortgage company actually use it

Nesu started as a single question: why does closing a loan require six different tools that don't talk to each other? The answer, so far, has been to build one system of record — the application, the documents, the pipeline and the team — and grow it feature by feature against a real mortgage company's day-to-day work.

Built from real use, not a spec sheet

Every feature so far exists because a real mortgage company hit a real wall — a lost document, a pipeline nobody could search, a platform-admin screen that stopped scaling past a few dozen companies.

Security first, not bolted on

Encryption, two-factor authentication and tenant isolation were part of the first version, not a compliance checklist added before a big customer asked.

Shipped in weeks, tested every time

Every change ships behind an automated test suite, so speed doesn’t come at the cost of a regression nobody notices until a borrower does.

Where things stand today

Nesu already runs a full Uniform Residential Loan Application (Fannie Mae Form 1003 / Freddie Mac Form 65) end to end — application, document checklist and upload, a searchable staff pipeline, a borrower milestone tracker, and a multi-tenant company directory with role-based platform administration. Pricing, a lender marketplace and deeper origination tooling are the next layers, built the same way everything else has been: with a real customer's workflow in front of us.

Early teams get a direct line to what gets built — that's not a sales pitch, it's how the platform has worked from day one.
